“It's unbelievable what to expect here. Indescribably beautiful Finca. Outside and inside just great. We were in the beautiful Cabana Lounge most of the time and enjoyed the view and the tranquility. Once we were in town on market day, just wonderful. We hardly wanted to leave the Finca, it was so beautiful there. It's not cheap but well worth the price. The hosts are incredibly friendly and dedicated. They even organized a BBQ evening for us. We were more than satisfied. Many Thanks."

S´Horta / Cala d´Or /Calonge
Santanyí is a municipality and a village in the green southeast of the island. Typical Mallorca. Beautiful, rural and authentic Mallorcan. In the immediate vicinity are the approx. 48 km long and enchanting coast and the second largest nature park in the Balearic Islands. Santanyi is blessed with stunning natural surroundings. Countless bays and beaches, including the Estrenc, are within easy reach from here. The Santanyi market is known far beyond its borders. In the village you will find many galleries and great boutiques. The Placa Mayor with its countless cafés and restaurants has its own charm. Live music is often played here. Especially with Germans, Santanyi and the surrounding area are popular and in demand. They even speak a little German.
Just outside of Santanyi is the so-called "Hamburger Hügel", here there are several luxury properties owned by Germans, eIt is simply fantastic here. And this is exactly where our finca is located.
The area in and around the village of Santanyi is very popular and there are many offers for vacation rentals. A holiday finca rental or an apartment rental on Mallorca can be very different. All the more you should take a close look at the offers and compare them. A conversation with the landlord or broker is often helpful before deciding where and how to spend the most important time of the year or in which property to invest.
